1934 Ford Roadster
Gorgeous ALL Henry Ford Steel! Restored in the late 70’s by Charles Noble of Hillsboro Oregon as a stock car with the exception of a ’48 Ford Flathead V8 that has been bored .060 Over. This car was not restored to “show” as he did most of the work himself, however it’s every bit as good as the Factory! After his death in the mid 90’s we purchased the car and sold it to Albert Nygren who never drove it. It sat stored in Dale Matthews garage in “Dead Storage” with many other of Albert’s cars until 2006, when we purchased Alberts cars. Since that time Dale had a few changes done to the car as it was now in his personal collection. We added Fenton Headers with Dual Exhaust, Installed a rebuilt ’39 Transmission and a 1940 Columbia 2 Speed Rear End w/ after marked controls, also added a ’37 Steering Box for easier turning. A Dropped Axle was installed along with a stabilizer bar and “Tube” Shocks. Changed all the brakes to Hydraulic with all new parts. We had a set of “General Jumbo” wheels refinished to match the car. Custom fit a ’36 Luggage Rack. And finally all New LeBarron Bonney Top and Upholstery. The Dearborn Blue paint after all these years still has an amazing shine and luster! Beautifully finished Woodgrain Dash with a AM Radio Clock, Faced Mirror, Cigar Lighter and a Tropic-Aire Heater. This is a wonderful Old Ford, finished in a very Nostalgia way that sets it apart from the rest!
